Hi, I’m Alexis.
I believe we all have life traumas, big and small, and that those traumas affect how we respond to the world around us. I’m a trauma-informed therapist and I focus a lot on self-care as a way to heal. I want you to develop a strong sense of self and become more aware of things that make you the unique, valuable person you are. When you work with me, you’ll develop the skills and knowledge to overcome the barriers that keep you from managing stress and navigating relationships the way you want.
We will focus on finding what is true for you, seeking peace in your life, I specialize in relationship and marriage conflict, infidelity, communication, self-esteem, coping skills, and adults healing from childhood sexual abuse.
I use a strengths-based, culturally sensitive approach to therapy. Working with me, you’ll be in a safe space where you are challenged to become the very best version of yourself, all while feeling validated, safe and heard.
