Wondering how much therapy costs? Does insurance cover therapy?
You can call or text our friendly office staff to help you get started.
If you’re not sure which therapist you want to see, our staff can tell you more about their experience and specializations. You can also schedule a free 15-minute consultation call with any of our therapists to determine if they are the right fit for you.
Session rate: 53-minute counseling appointments range from $120 to $180. Please call to determine your rate with our office staff.
Payment: We accept credit cards, debit cards, and HSA cards with the Visa, Mastercard, or Discover logo. Payment is required at the time service is rendered.
Missed appointments and late cancellations: You are responsible for cancelling or changing your appointments. Family members may not call to schedule or cancel appointments, unless you have signed a release-of-information form previously. Our no-show and cancellation rate if $120. We cannot bill any 3rd party payer, including insurance, for your missed appointments. You are responsible to pay the full fee. Our cancellation policy is as follows.

Remember that it is your responsibility to understand the benefits and limitations of your mental or behavioral health insurance coverage.
Not all services are covered and you may have a deductible to reach prior to receiving coverage for services.
Not all diagnoses are covered by every insurance plan. If your insurance provider fails to pay for services rendered, the balance of unpaid session fees becomes your responsibility.
If your insurance plan is not on our list, we may be able to work with your insurance provided you have an “out-of-network” benefit with your plan. In these cases, you are responsible for the full up-front session fee. We will then bill your insurance as an out-of-network provider and your insurance company may reimburse you for a portion of the session fee, based on your specific plan benefits.
We accept LDS bishop payments on your behalf, assuming we have made previous arrangements with your bishop to do so. If your LDS bishop has agreed to pay for some or all of your counseling, please let our staff know in our initial phone consultation so we can work out the details of payment prior to your first therapy appointment.
Invoices to third parties such as LDS bishops are required to be sent directly to that third party and will not be given to the party receiving services as a method of delivery.
Additionally, your bishop must agree to make payments directly to our office in a timely manner.
